A+S Instagramアカウントについてのお詫びとご報告

2022年4月14日（木）早朝、弊社Instagramアカウント(@a_and_s_official) が、第三者により乗っ取られていたことが判明いたしました。 以下に、発生した事象と対処についてご報告申し上げます。
ー発生した事象について
弊社Instagramアカウント(@a_and_s_official)におきまして悪意ある第三者による乗っ取りが発覚いたしました。
本日以降、(@a_and_s_official) を使用して投稿することやダイレクトメッセージをお送りすることはございません。 万が一ダイレクトメッセージ等、A+Sを装った連絡やA+Sへの誘導を装うURLがあった場合には開かないようお願いいたします。 また開いてしまった場合にはスパムの恐れがございますため内容に従わないよう、ご注意ください。
インスタグラムにつきましては、乗っ取られた旨の報告と解決のリクエストを運営会社に現在依頼中でございます。最新状況につきましては随時こちらのNEWSページにて公開してまいります。
ー対処について
2022年4月14日（木）現在、弊社が管理している他のソーシャルメディアアカウント（Twitter,Facebook）については、本件の影響がないことを確認いたしました。 さらに、こちらにおきましては、アカウントパスワード等の再設定を対策として行っております。
ー今後の運用について
現在、今後の再発防止のため、原因の調査および、各ソーシャルメディアアカウントの運用ポリシーの精査を行っております。 しばらくの間、発売告知などは（Twitter,Facebook,OFFICIAL APP）にて運用いたします。原因の調査が終わり次第新たにInstagramの運用を再開して参ります。しばらくの間ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
お客さまにはご迷惑とご心配をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。今回の不正アクセスを防止する緊急対策として、直ちにWebサイトのセキュリティを強化いたしました。 お客様にご心配をお掛けいたしましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。今後ともお客さまの信頼回復に努めてまいります。

Early in the morning of Thursday, April 14, 2022, it was discovered that our Instagram account (@a_and_s_official) had been hijacked by a third party. Below, we would like to report on the events that have occurred and how to deal with them.
-About the event that occurred
A malicious third party has been found to take over our Instagram account (@a_and_s_official).
From today onwards, we will no longer post or send direct messages using (@a_and_s_official). Please do not open the URL if there is a contact disguised as A + S or a URL disguised as a guide to A + S, such as a direct message. Also, if you open it, there is a risk of spam, so please be careful not to follow the contents.
Regarding Instagram, we are currently requesting the operating company to report that it has been hijacked and to request resolution. We will keep you updated on the latest status on this NEWS page.
-About coping
As of April 14, 2022 (Thursday), we have confirmed that other social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, OFFICIAL APP) managed by our company are not affected by this matter. In addition, we are taking measures to reset the account password, etc.
-Future operation
Currently, in order to prevent recurrence in the future, we are investigating the cause and scrutinizing the operation policy of each social media account. For the time being, release announcements will be posted on (Twitter, Facebook). We will resume the operation of Instagram as soon as the investigation of the cause is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
